Your excellent write-up sealed the deal.

As always, incisive and practical reviewing.DarkoVhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11572734667248592785noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9082470.post-76630904391692405612007-10-30T23:55:00.000+05:302007-10-30T23:55:00.000+05:30Manofroma - Thanks for your kind words. Strangely enough I'm in the process of making a number of Italian connections as well, and my work might appear in your country sometime soon.Chandrahashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07483080477755487202noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9082470.post-69890453598762825692007-10-30T23:44:00.000+05:302007-10-30T23:44:00.000+05:30I loved this post and other posts of yours, my bes...I loved this post and other posts of yours, my best compliments! Your writings are very refined and enlightening.

I am Italian and Roman. Of course I am addicted to French culture and people, our beloved cousins.

I have added you to my blogroll since your posts are both *rich* with stimuli at the highest level and helping me to understand the *Indian ways* and view of things.

Most feedback in my comments space is from your huge deep country, strangely enough. Probably people feel I am getting closer to India recently. Well, I am wrong. I always was, since my father, now no more, used to tell us stories about your country, about princes and wonderful palaces, and we all kids listened in wonder. I have been to India many times since, and my sisters and brothers too.

I am carrying out in my blog a weird research about ancient Rome and Western roots from a *true Roman point of view* or ways. The thing is I am probably a *living fossil* from a distant past (not so ancient as India though), like a mummy, coming from a noble Roman family whose members were citizens of Rome since at least 10 centuries.

As S. Radhakrishnan said in "Living with a purpose" (Oriental Paperbacks 1977, p. 9):

"The deeper one goes into one's own experience ... the more does one's experience have in common with the experiences of others in climes and ages. The most unique is the most universal".

I chose this great man to lead me about India spiritually. I have my Indian readers and students all over the world. Now I found your blog.

All the best

ManOfRomaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
